Dr. Cheng-Yen (Chris) Yang
I am a Senior Deep Learning Software Engineer at NVIDIA.
I received my Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Washington in January 2026, where I worked with Prof. Jenq-Neng Hwang and the Information Processing Lab. Prior to that, I received my M.S. degree in ECE at University of Washington (2021) and B.S. degree in EE at National Taiwan University (2019). I worked with Prof. Yu-Chiang Frank Wang at the Vision and Learning Lab on computer vision.
My research interests lie around Visual Object Tracking, Multi-Object Tracking (Single-View, Multi-View, Cross-View), and Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
